Sales contacts with clear statuses
Every new enquiry enters a list with a status and next action: no contact is left hanging.
AI inside the processes, not alongside them
Draft replies, call summaries and initial classification of requests are prepared by AI and approved by a person.
Shared inbox with priorities
Emails are sorted by project and urgency, with an owner assigned.
Invoices generated from projects
When a project closes, the invoice prepares itself with the right line items. Deadlines are never forgotten.
