Privacy policy
What we do with your data, written so you can actually read it. It covers necy.ch and the requests you send us.

Who processes your data
The data controller is necy, based in Ticino, Switzerland. For any question about personal data write to info@necy.ch: a person replies, not an automated form.
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where we address people in the European Union, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we collect
- Data you give us: first and last name, email, phone, company name and whatever you write in the call booking form.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site: shortened IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, server logs.
- Aggregated statistics about pages visited, only if you consented to statistics cookies.
Why we use them and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange the call: performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For security and the proper working of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For statistics and possible future marketing: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- For accounting and legal obligations once we become your supplier: legal obligation.
How long we keep them
Contact requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for 12 months. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Who we share them with
We do not sell or trade personal data. We share it only with providers we need in order to work — email, website hosting, calendar tools — bound by contract and allowed to use it only on our instructions.
Some providers may process data in the European Union or the United States. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
- Know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Have your data corrected, completed or deleted.
- Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent you already gave.
- Ask for portability of the data you provided.
- Contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your country in the European Union.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who need it and protected by authentication. No system is invulnerable, but we treat your data as we would treat our own.
Minors
The site is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16.
Changes
If we make a substantial change we update this page and the date above. Questions: info@necy.ch.
